Last night we went to Roy Harper's 70th Birthday celebrations at the Royal Festival Hall.  I am a very reluctant Harper groupie but I went to accompany Man, who is an enthusiastic supporter.  We had a great time and it was a fabulous concert,  much enhanced by the presence of Nick Harper and Jimmy Page.

The evening was also memorable due to our chosen mode of transport.  Almost without exception we drive to London. However, on this occasion we took the train to Paddington and the Underground to the Embankment.  It was simple, fast and efficient.  I tend to assume a night out involves a long, dark drive home.  We have now proven otherwise.
